Sunday Circle
Sunday Circle is a monthly event for the children, volunteers and staff of The Friendship Circle to come together for a variety of entertainment, recreation and enrichment activities. As they drop their children off, moms and dads watch as their children gleefully race toward the adventures that await them while the parents enjoy some well-deserved time for themselves.

Big Bear Adaptive Winter Sports Day
In partnership with the United States Adaptive Recreation Center at Big Bear Mountain Resort, participants enjoy adaptive skiing and snowboarding.
We offer this program at the heavily subsidized price of $50/participant and includes all equipment (not including clothing), 1:1 instruction and a lift pass.

Basketball Buddies
Basketball Buddies teaches kids and young adults with special needs the fundamentals of basketball while making new friends! Participants are paired with a teen volunteer who helps them learn and practice their skills. A scrimmage game is played each session.

** NOTE ALTERNATE LOCATION **
Soccer Stars is for those with physical and developmental disabilities who want to learn to play soccer. Participants will be paired with a teen volunteer to assist them in gaining confidence in their skills. Everyone takes part in a scrimmage

Young Adult Circle
Young Adult Circle is designed to integrate special needs teens and young adults with everyday life and social skills. These include learning to cook, nights out with the group and a variety of other activities designed to incorporate laughter, fun and friendships that will last a lifetime.
